Faerie dragons were extremely small in comparison to their large metallic or chromatic dragon cousins-about the size of a cat. They were intelligent and capable of using language. "The mischievous faerie dragons came from a branch of the dragon family tree, closely related to pseudodragons. This dragon is a good substitution for D&D Faerie Dragon whose description is below. The painted picture is only an example of how it can look. I recommend using gel controlled super glue in order to glue the pieces together. It will come in some pieces and some assembly is required, as well as some cleanup may be needed. Or perhaps they were mistakenly left out of that sneak peek high CR list.Īnd, apparently, we'll see the five draconian stat blocks. This is a 3D printed Faerie Dragon printed on an FDM printer with PLA plastic it is around 120x100x145mm. They might just be weaker than white dragons and don't top out at a 20+ CR, or perhaps since they live in the Underdark, there's simply not enough room for them to comfortably grow to Gargantuan/Ancient size, leaving them to top out at Adult. I'm not sure what they are doing with deep dragons. Like Parmandur, I'm skeptical that they'll add additional stat blocks for faerie dragons. I assume the gem-adjacent moonstone dragon will also have a full 4 stat blocks (as we've seen the ancient in the CR list, and art that specifies an adult moonstone dragon, which implies the other two age categories).ĭragon turtles will presumably get 3 new stat blocks, with the current MM one being the "adult" stage. And technically that should be 21 with the gem great wyrm.

20 gem dragon stat blocks: 5 gem dragon types (amethyst, crystal, emerald, sapphire, topaz) x 4 age categories.
